Heated Seat
I have a 2002 150 Lariat and the heated seats are working and I'm trying to get them fixed. I took them to my local mechanic and they wont touch them and they said to take it to the dealer. Since my dealer mechanic probably couldn't work on a hot wheel I decided to do without for awhile but here is my issue.
Someone left the sun roof open for and it rained. So now my overhead compass doesn't always want work. Most of the time it doesn't display anything and the heated seats don't work. When the compass does work it usually flickers and displays random lines on the screen however, while its doing this the heated seats come on. I have checked fuses and relays and everything seems good. I really enjoyed the heated seats and want them to work again. I'm thinking of replacing the overhead compass but just didn't want to start throwing money at it without hearing some ideas from everyone here first. Let me know what you guys think.

Could be 2 different issues, and chance that they work at the same time.
There is a thread in the technical articles forum on the overhead console, might want to take a look and see if the resistors are coming loose, causing the issue.
The heated seats could be an issue with the GEM getting wet, have you tried drying out the interior of the truck since you left the sunroof open ?
When you checked the relays, how did you check them ?
The fuses, they seem good or are good ? Not much subjective about a fuse, either they are good or not.
