07 FX2 Supercrew. About 4-5 months ago all windows ceased to operate from their respective doors. Work fine from master switch on drivers door. This week, the front passenger window quit working from master switch also. Have done the clean the switch trick, and even tried a new master switch to no avail. Any ideas?

 

Are any of the other switches illuminated ? ( the arrows on the switch ).
