Hi,

got another 94 f150 wiper issue for you guys. nothing works...none of the wiper settings nor the washer. ive checked the motor, cleaned the MFS, and the fuse is good.

my last stop (that I can think of) is the control box behind the glove compartment (or whatever clicks in the dash right before the intermittent wipers would come on) (well... when they used to work anyways) I did take the glove compartment out, and to the right of the heater duct was a black box held in with two torx screws, but when I removed the screws there was a sticker that said "rear wheel only" on it, so I figured that wasnt it and put it back in.

so I guess my question is...exactly where is the control box for the windshield wipers located at, if theyre suppose to be behind the glove box.

That was the RABS module - look for the smaller one to the R:

But it's not likely. Did you check ALL the fuses, under the hood & in the dash?

first of all thank you for the reply, and pics...there are two fuse boxes under the hood on the drivers side next to the fender, the larger one says on the inside cover to check the owners manual for what the fuses were, so I did and none of theses fuses were designated for the wipers even though the wires from the wiper motor run into this box, and the smaller box has two fuses but no description as to what they are for. as far as the fuses "IN" the dash...other than the main fuse panel, I dont know where any other fuses in the dash would be located. im gonna try to locate the wiper control box, if that doesnt work, I will start over. thanks steve

 

Didn't you look at the fuse box diagrams I posted? There's only 1 fuse box under the hood; the smaller one beside it only contains relays. The dash fuse box is behind the knee bolster. Remove the 2 small hex&torx screws under the steering column & pop the bolster off the dash.
