Power Seats

My 2009 f-150 ScrewCab power driver seat, adjustable pedals, and mirrors stopped working. I know that the 04-08 Fords were having an issue with this orange wire with the light green stripe having a bad factory soldered point. Does anyone have an idea about the 2009 having this issue, because I cannot find this orange wire. Help would be so appreciated.

Is this a power seat, or power seat w/ memory ?

did you check both fuses to the DSM ( Driver's Seat Module ) ?
- # 12 & # 74

If the DSM has a blown fuse, neither will work.

I checked both fuses and the #12 was blown, a quick trip to autozone and got some new 7.5 fuses. Replaced it and it blew immediately, pulled the power and replaced it yet again. Replaced the power and surprise surprise it blew again. Now I am thinking that it is a short somewhere between the fuse box and the seat.... Any more ideas??? Appreciate the first round of answers greatly.

look over the harness under the seat, an incorrectly routed harness, or not secured harness will chafe the insulation off and short out on the seat frame

I took a look at the wiring harness and did not see any places that looked in bad condition. I guess I am going to have to take it to the dealership to get them to look at it. Oh what fun.
