Door lock problem

I have a 2003 F150 Screw with factory installed RKE. On the drivers door the switch will not unlock the doors, however it will lock them. Everything else works as it should Key fob, key pad on door. I changed the switch from the drivers door to the passengers door and it worked so I do not think the switch is bad. Only other thing that seems different is front passengers door chatters a little when locking. Any ideas?

Could be a broken wire in the rubber boot from the a-pillar to the door on the driver's side ( or passenger's side )

The switch to the CSM is the Pink w/ yellow stripe wire for the lock side of function.
This is the same Pink w/ yellow stripe wire on the passenger side ( they are spliced together prior to the CSM ).

Pull both switches, and meter between the 2 connectors on each door, Pink w/ yellow stripe wire to Pink w/ yellow stripe wire.
This would show if there is an issue with a broken wire on the driver's side.

If you reversed the switches, and the problem stays with the driver's door, a damaged Pink w/ yellow stripe wire is all that I can think of.

The lock and unlock functions for all 4 door switches either from the RKE fob, or the door keypad are all from the same place, so the CSM, and door lock actuator all appear to be functioning correctly.

Thanks, I already reversed the switches, and the problem did stay with the drivers door. I will check the pink w/yel stripe for continuity.

Sure, as long as you are on the correct wire, and remove the factory one.
