cruise control not working

I have a 2001 F150 Lariat with no cruise control and no light. The brake lights work and I have metered good fuses #'s 5 & 15. The self test results with:
ign off
cruise off depressed
ign on = cruise blink
depress on = cruise blink
depress resume = nothing
depress coast = nothing
depress set/accel = nothing with no flash code
Metered harness fuse good.
Brake fluid found in Speed Control Deactivation Switch. Switch metered open.
Recall was performed several years ago.

Can I assume switch replacement will solve problem?

Fro your tests, the SWAG is the switches or the clock spring are the issue with it.

the Switches are not signalling the servo ( no blink ).

If you want to meter the switch:

Light Blue w/ black stripe wire to [resume / set accel ] switch to Dark Green w/ orange stripe wire.

Resume is 2200 ohms
Set / accel is 680 ohms
coast is 120 ohms.

From your tests, the SCDS is confirmed defective. Bypass the harness and the switch with a jumper to confirm.
