Need info on rear window defrost wiring

I have a 2008 STX scab. Trying to wire a power sliding and rear defrost back window from Ford accessories (AL-15422B can't make out the last three characters) The question is about wiring the defroster. My truck has a brown with blue wire on the right and a solid black on the left prewired.
The new window has a black wire attached to the grid on the left with looks to be a ground connector. The right side has a blue connector with a black wire the same gauge has the other side going to the grid and two small gauge wires one black and one white that go into the frame of the window.
Dealers are dumbfound how to wire this up. I know that I need the switch in the climate control panel and fuse #114 40 amp in the fuse box. If there's anything I'm missing please let me know.

Any help would be great. Jay

I would be shocked if the truck is prewired completely ( from rear window to HVAC panel to instrument cluster to Fuse panel ).

The wire colors look correct.

The wires to the other side of the window I guess are to heat the other glass panel. The factory heated back window is a single window, non slider.
