98 power windows and outside temp

Hey Guys,
Anyhow I have a 98 F150 XLT. The thing is my power windows seem to be big fans of the summer months, but hate the cold. In the summer or warmer temps they come down and go up with decent power and speed. However these same windows in the winter.....Hell Im lucky if I can get one all the way down. Is this pretty much a replace the motor kind of a fix?

Thanks Guys

You are going to have to wait for colder temps, and pull the door panel, and apply +VDC and ground directly to the motor to know if it is the motor or something else.
