Swapping auto dim mirrors onto 04 lariat
Hi everyone,
I am sure this is probably somewhere on the website. I have looked high and low but cant seem to find it. Anyway,I busted up my mirrors a while back (yeah, both of them) and recently bought a pair off someone on this website. The new ones are 07's (i think): heated, power mirror movement (not power fold), auto dim on the driver side and have turn signal. I didn't know it had the auto dim until I installed them today and everything works except the auto dim. I would really like this to work so any help with wiring my driver side mirror would be greatly appreciated.
I have attached a link to the a site that shows the difference between the old wiring harness and the new one. If someone could just tell me where to move the pins and also where i should grab the wires that come from the "exterior rear view mirror" I.E pins #2 and 9 on the 2007 wiring diagram. Thanks in advance.
