took the wire off and replaced the 2 relays I swapped. Park lamps do not constantly stay on anymore. Don't have my trailer at my house, so i will have to take a look at it at a later time. BTW, connector/connections on 7-pin and 4-pin look good. no corrosion or anything to note.

 

I had this same problem. The parking lights would not turn off. I was able to correct this issue on my 2005 F150 by changing Fuse 2 "20amp Stop/Turn lamps, Brake on/off switch". The fuse did not look blown but the contacts were discolored. It has been a day now and the issue has not come back.
