Won't turn off as in won't stop saying you are too close to anything, or won't turn off as in you press the PA button, and the light will not go off ?

Sorry, need to ask again.

1. No matter what when you press the PA button, it won't turn off ?

2. Is it the moment you put the truck in reverse it start going off, regardless of obstructions ?

If it functions as normal, just will not shut off, I would think the switch is the issue.

If you pull the center trim panel around the radio / HVAC unit and ground the Dark Green / Violet stripe wire the park aid should shut off.
