fuse panel circuit board replacement
where did you buy you relay at
Well, I just found and ordered a relay from an online store - the exact relay, from the exact manufacturer, thankfully. It wasn't super hard to find, but it was hard to find a source that would sell you just one. Unfortunately, I've never seen a late-model Ford truck in any junk yard here in central ny, but I guess I might get lucky by calling a few, worth a try. Both good ideas, thanks!

08 f150 no start
2006 xlt/4x4/5.4 sohc/scab. Ok guys....I need to remove my fuse circuit board from under the passenger side dash. I'm going to solder a new fuel pump relay onto the board. Is there anything special I should know about this job (other than removing the battery cables), before I start? I'm assuming I need silver/ROHS solder. My biggest problem, I think, is HOW THE HELL DO I GET THE DAMN THING OUT OF THERE ??? Appreciate the info!

I have replaced the fpdm and it still didn't start so I turned the fuel pump on with my scanner and it started the truck unhooked the scanner and the truck would still start so I thought the fuel pump was going out so I ordered one had to wait for it to come in when it got here I tried to start the truck again with no luck tried the scanner trick again no luck so I pulled it in the shop and replaced the pump assuming that was the problem but it still didn't work my scanner is telling me the fpdm is off line when I do a self test so I cleaned my grounds but it still would not work so I check the fuse it was good so I did the same thing and thought maybe the relay and assumed it was removable I'm not very good at soldering or internet searching was wondering where you may have got the relay or if Anyone knows where I might get mine replaced I realize this is an old post any advice would be greatly appreciated
