Looking for help diagnosing a power window problem

Actually, the closet place was oreilly's and all they had was a reman... I didn't check the pigtail after I replaced, but since I am going to have to dig into it tomorrow again and probably return the motor , I will check the pigtail.

If you are digging into the door again, prior to removing the motor, pull the pigtail connector, and hook a meter or test light to it, then try the switches again.

the meter will read _ and then reverse polarity when operating the window, that will tell you if you need to pull the motor, or look somewhere else.

The closest place was oreilly's and all they had was a reman motor. I will check the pigtail again in the morning and probably return the motor.

I checked the pigtail and got 1/-1 on both switches. I took the POS motor back and got a new one, spent about 30 minutes (took me a few minutes to find what the kids did with my sockets) and everything seems to be good.
