Disconnected battery, now auto locks don't work

Disconnected battery, now auto locks don't work
I was doing some work over the weekend and I disconnected the battery for about 30 minutes. After I reconnected, the automatic locks don't work. I tried the procedure outlined in the User Manual but nothing... any ideas?
