Good morning guys, Ive been a lurker for some time but just registered and am now trying to get some info on a few things.
I am Stripping down my 99 f-150 Lariat Flareside. The reason being is i have set it up to be a an off road prerunner with a custom motor and tranny swap.
I am trying to strip down the electronics to the bare minumum. I would like to get rid of the gauge cluster and run aftermarket Autometer Gauges.
I also would like to get rid of anything such as PATS, and anything else i dont need.

the things i do want to keep:

AC controls
Heater Core
Stock Ignition Switch
doors / electric windows and locks
and what ever Vacum i need for running this.
and headlights/other lights.

I know this is quite the under taking but a few things im not to sure on.
first off PATS???
what exactly does control that?
What does the ECU control?
I wont need any tranny control, im using manual valvle body Trans.
I dont need any emmisions controls.
ABS is removed, no CC.

I will be selling everthing i take off for super cheap. but ill start a add in the for sale section for that.

How ever any help would greatly be appreciated.
