Passenger side lock... tough!!
What could be wrong with my truck if the controls only unlock the driver side and is struggling with pass side? I can hit lock then unlock real fast 3-4 times and it will pop up, but with my remote system i cant hit them real fast so it just doesnt unlock at all!.... Also after my windows were tinted aka a crap load of windex going into the door panel the problem seemed to go away for like a month. Any ideas for a fix??

Sounds like an issue with the lock actuator.
Start by pulling the door panel, and apply power directly to the lock, to see if it moves both ways without the switches ( checking if it is a contact issue in the switch ).
If it does not, you can try removing it, and see if it works without the actual lock mech on it, or just replace it. Few threads on changing them around the site here ( in this forum, and the specific MY range forum ).
