The CSM output is via the lock relays, which are under the oval on the top of the dash towards the passenger side of the top of the dash ( at least memory is telling me that is where they are located ).

the oval trim is held on with spring clips.

2 names, same function, the module is not 1:1 pin compatible, but the function is the same. Early / Mid MY 2001 is when the RAP was changed to a CSM.
RAP = Remote Antitheft Personality
CSM = Central Security Module

The lock relay block will have 3 relays in it, here is the diagram for the relay block with the RAP, the CSM is slightly different, just not 1:1 pin compatible ( wire colors should be the same, verify with a meter ).

The CSM grounds the relay coils, pay attention to if the output you have is able to be plugged into the power lock harness directly, or if you need a relay to power the locks.
Also watch if the lock lines are supplying ground or power, makes a difference on which way you would wire an external relay if required ( I am suspecting it is, but I am not 100%. That is supposition on my part )
