2003 F150 4 door Lariet 5.4L Automatic Trans

P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P0174 System Too Lean (Bank 2)
P0136 Heated O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0156 Heated O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2, Sensor 1)
P1131 Lack Of HO2S11 Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean
P1151 Lack Of HO2S21 Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean

Engine appears to run fine. Was not starting and had the fuel filter replaced. Ran rough for about 10 miles then leveled out. I reset codes twice and they have come back althought I cannot be absolutely sure these are the exact same codes.
Prior to replacing filter, there were no codes.
