i just got my new 2010 F -150 Lariat Series...so far i love the truck...just one thing bugging the hell out of me....why is the engine shutting off after i started the Truck with the remote starter and i open any door...????
Talked to the dealer and they said it is what it is.......not the answer i was hoping for....is there a way to reprogram the remote starter, so the engine keeps running while i enter the Truck, or does anybody have another idea to get around this issue

i have the same issue, i have the bi directional 100 some where i read that it can be programmed either 10 or 15 min.
but i also read and cant find it that bank 2 option i think 7 one can change the door/ignition shut off.

but i cant find where i read it, hope someone can help us out.

There are quite a few posts on the remote start with the mykey feature.

This is for the engine kill after opening the door on the 09 + MY.
