Not sure what you mean by light ( as in AUX lamps ? )

Those would be a relay to the battery, and then figure out when you want to be able to turn them on, for powering the switch that is to the relay coil

This is a diagram showing to the parking lamps, high and low beams. Easy enough to add a switch inline.

The CB, do you want this on all the time, or only hot in run accy positions ?

The easy way is to install an add-a-fuse to power the CB

Before going the add-a-fuse route, read these captions:

So it sounds as if you want a hot in run / accy position fuse ?

If so, the radio fuse is a good place.

The other is the accessory delay for the power windows ( if equiped ), this will have the CB on until the door opens, or until the accessory delay time runs out ( 10-15 min ).

The fuse you are repalcing, can be any size.
The restrictions are on the branch fuse size, and I think this is so there is not a huge overload placed on the fuse you are using ( and the wire size from the add-a-fuse ).

Try to find the Bussman brand, the Littlefuse brand I think will hang up when being placed into certain slots ( from others, I have not used that brand of "add-a-fuse" think it is called add a circuit ?? ).

If you go hunting for an open slot, that would also work, you are just going to need to figure out if the empty slot is hot in run or run / accy or start position ( or all the time like the power points ) with a meter.

Ok. I tried the add a fuse route. Am I dumb here? I cut off the fuse off the hardwire kit and spliced that to the add a fuse. I put it in an empty slot and cranked the car and no luck. What am I doing wrong? I used slot 37. Then I tried 41 then I tried other empty slots. Was I Wong to cut off the inline fuse on the kit? My logic was that I was tapping into a fuse box and adding a fuse thus making that one not needed.

You need to pull a fuse ( that is hot in the key position you need ) and installed the add-a-fuse in that slot. Reinstall the factory fuse in the main part of the add-a-fuse, and a max of a 10A in the added slot.
