Buy a new BSM ( Body Security Module ) and have the dealer program it for the as built data for your truck.
If you don't want to spend the money, just unplug the keypad and be done with it for now.

You will need to talk to your dealer, as they will be doing programming on the module, so will have parts & labor. If you buy the BSM somewhere else, they might hit you up pretty hard on the labor costs.
The answer to the original question is NO. You can add a few codes, and you can delete/change the ones you've added, but the original code for that module will always work. Your owner's manual explains more.
So if it's the primary code that your vandal has discovered, then you have to change or disable the module. If it's a secondary, then you can change/delete it.
