Hard to start cold
I own a 1997 f-150 4x4 the past few mornings really hard to start once it is started it's perfect for the rest of the day , this morning about 5 min before it started , a new fuel pump was installed two years ago

Hard to start, as in the engine turns slow at first, or hard to start as in the engine turns the same speed cold or warm, just does not catch right away ?
When was the last time you changed the fuel filter ?
