I have a 93 v6 4.9l with a manual transmission. Started having ignition issues and changed coil and put in new PIP in distributor. Put distributor back in and truck fired right up. Brother moved distributor to time it and truck died and wont start. No spark to coil now. So I am thinking it is wiring harness where PIP plugs in. We have power to coil but no spark.

I am looking for a wiring diagram for the engine, as well as any tips on where the issue might be in the harness.

The 4.9L is an inline (I6) engine; not a V.

Your best move is to buy a Haynes manual & follow the ignition diagnostic procedure in Ch.5 (usually Sec.5 or 7). But read these captions:

There isn't 1 wiring diagram for the whole engine - each subsystem has its own diagram, but Haynes combines several onto one page for each engine.
