Electrical problem Truck wont start HELP!

Its an 07 F150, ive had it for about a year now, bought it second hand. Well today i just so happen to notice that there was a black wire just hanging down just below my dash. I figured it was just a ground wire, so i attached it to the metal frame right next to it. I had just pulled into an autozone parking lot, sitting there with the truck running when i did it. And as soon as i touched it to the metal, the truck shut off completely abf had no lights or anything on the dash, nor could i start it. So i checked the fuses and had to replace two of them. The cluster lights and everything came back on when i turn the key but it still doesnt start. I tried everything, unhooking battery, triple checking all fuses and relays in fuse area and still nothing. What i did find out is that wire that was hanging was tapped into the positive ignition wire, so thats the one i shorted out. I fooled with this thing for nearly 5 hours today, any ideas???

You have another fuse blown that you missed.

You are going to need either the color of the wire it is spliced to, and where it is spliced or the owners manual and a meter to check for power on each fuse when the key is in the run position. You need to check both sides of each fuse with this method.
