Exclamation 2005 SuperCrew Lariat Window Problems

Hello All! New user, but long time reader. I am at the end of my rope with a power window problem. 2005 SuperCrew Lariat, about 1 year ago replaced the Master Window Switch, since then I am on my third switch, occasionally it alos bunrs out the 30a circuit breaker for the windows. Lately, I replace the switch and all is well for a few days and then...Nothing. Doesn't just effect the Driver's window, but currently none of the windows will work. Soemthing, somewhere keeps shorting out the system and the Master Switch. Any ideas as to where I should start looking?

Thanks

Which switch contact is carboning up ?

If you are going through switches and trashed a breaker I am going to go with either a window is misaligned in a track or a window motor is on the way out, causing a high amp draw issue.

The current inrush should be short lived, but this sounds like it is at the max al the time.

That is my SWAG, going to need an AMP clamp meter to check each window if the switch contacts don't show a specific window.

Thanks SSCULLY, I brought it up with a guy I work with today; he SWAGed about the same thing. I will put a meter on it this weekend and see. I post what I learn.
