2003 F-150 Electrical nightmare

First of all, the battery and alt have been replaced in the last year and test good at this point. When I strat the truck after sitting for a day, the ABS light stays on and the A/C or door locks do not work or the compass. After a short drive they will come on and the ABS goes out when I get to the first stop sign, then it does it again when I take off, slowly returing to normal as I drive. Also the belt is new, I was thinking bad ground, but have check them all. Could this be tied to the ABS and thats why it comes on when that part of the system is at a stop? I am in need of brake pads, and the fluid is a little low because of this. Any clues or ideas woul be helpful. Thank you.

With all the grounds checked I would ohm all the wiring harness and connectors associated with the obvious problem areas.

Okay, after pulling a mess of wires from behind the dash that were from the last owners amp and remote cd changer, I also replaced the relay on the fire wall and the ignition switch. The system is draining the battery at a very high rate, I can watch the voltage drop when I hook up a multi meter and the battery. When I open the door I get a clicking noise and the interior lights flash off and on as well as a buzzing behind the center of the dash. When I try to start it , I get the clicking starter like it has a low battery even with my charger hooked up and turned to start. Sounds like it is ready for the dealer to fix?

I had a similar buzz from under the dash, it is outlined here:

Eager to know what you find out!
