Need Light Help Please

I got pulled over the other night because my license plate lights were out. So today I bought some LED replacement bulbs but they still dont work. The only other thing I can think it would be is the fuse. I also just got a body lift installed last week so im not sure if that has something to do with it. Someone please help me out because I'm not even sure which fuse I would need to replace. Thanks ahead of time yall!

Take it back to the shop that did the lift and complain. If it was their fault, they'll fix it. If they say it's not their fault, then you can track it down, or they might tell you, or they might offer to fix it for a small fee.

The LED bulbs might be the type that only work when installed 1 direction, you could have them in backwards.

The License plate lights are on the same circuit as the tail lamps. If you follow the wiring back from the license plate light socket, you might find they unplugged them when they did the lift, and did not plug them back in.

To test for 12v DC at the socket, remove the bulb, turn on your parking lamps, and put a meter lead on each pin in the bulb holder.
