99 F-150 electric mirror help

Hello again!
The power mirrors on my 1999 F-150 do not work at all. The 15A #4 fuse is good and would appreciate some guidance for repair.

From: Under the flightpath of old ORD 22R

Start with removing the power mirror switch, and test for power at the back of the switch on the Orange w/ Light Green stripe wire.
