Replaced battery and horn keeps blowing!!! HELP
05' F150 4x4 5.4 - Original Motorcraft battery went south last night so I picked up a new Interstate, dropped it in and as soon as I turn the ignition switch the horn starts BLARING!!! It goes on and off intermittently but not regularly (like the alarm) and I have noooo idea what happened. I need to fix this thing, I have to work tonight.. HELP!!! I have gone through all the locking/unlocking procedures as soon as I hooked up the battery multiple times using the remote and the key
And an FYI, the my 4x4 low stopped engaging about a month ago, 4x4 high still works fine, I just add this because I keep hearing about a GEM module, not sure if this will have anything to do with it.. Thanks

05 does not have a GEM, that ended in 2003 ( and the 2004 Heritage / Lightning ).
So you have the Ford OEM Gold Remote Start or an aftermarket remote start / alarm ?
