What is the proper Amp Drain in Sleep Mode
Hello fellow Ford owners,
I have a 97' F-150 XLT Scab 4.6L...and was wonering if anyone new of the proper AMP drain off of the battery in sleep mode?
I'm currently gettin a reading between(.20) and(.39). It seems awful high, but when I remove my GEM fuse #15, it drops to(.02),which seem alot better. I'm troubleshooting my electrical system and I think it might be my GEM.
If anybody has checked this please let me know your results. I'd really appreciate it

I just checked the draw on my 1999 s/c 5.4 L. with no added accessories, factory stock electrically. Using a Swain meter, hood light bulb removed, I got a reading of .196 amp draw. It looks like your in the ball park with the .20 reading. What is the difference in the test set up when you get the higher readings?
