Is there any way to disable the speed sensative part of the intermittent wipers? I still want the intermittant part, but not the speed sensative part.

My reason, as a lot of you probably know, is when I'm cruising on the interstate I basically have 4 settings. Slow, once every 15-18 seconds. Medium, once every 5 seconds. Fast, once every second. And of course light speed. Everything in between is the same speed! So much for intermittent wipers when you can't even use it.

Do I have to live with this, or is there a solution?
