I had a problem with the pass flash wiper switch and my head lights stayed on all the time. I replaced the switch and the head light switch and I still don't have running or dash lights. checked on fuses and they look good. HELP!!

 

How are you checking the fuses, and which ones are you checking ?

 

the mini fuses under the dash. Are there other fuses, and could it be a relay? what would really help me is a wiring diagram for the lights.

 

I was asking which fuse ( not where ) and how you tested it ( looked at it, removed and tested for resistance metered the back pins while installed ).
