Red face 4th brake light

bought a rear wing with brakelight for my 97 f150.instructions sounded easy. locate brake light wire, attach red wire to it, attach black wire to ground source(body bolt)
when I step on the brake the light works perfectly but it also blinks when I use my left turn signal indicator.looks rediculous where can I locate a wire that is just brake light without the signal.

easiest would be tap into third brake lite (cab center). You could also use both rear wires and 2 diodes.
