Post Key in Ignition Chime Problem - Dealer can't fix

98 F-150 XLT. When removing the key from ignition, and opening the door immediately, it chimes 2-3 times. It did not do this until about 10000 miles ago. The dealer replaced the ignition switch, but the problem is still there. Any ideas?

The dealer still has the truck. After talking with Ford yesterday, they got the go-ahead to replace the GEM module...I told them this in November. Does this module control the factory alarm? Will they have to reprogram both of my key fobs?

I finally got the truck back. They replaced the GEM module and it still does it. I asked about the RAP module, but they insisted it only does the keyless entry/alarm and they would not replace it. They verified this against several 99 models and one other 98 and the all did the same thing. I verified it against a 99 and another 98 and they didn't. The 2001 SCREW I was driving doesn't do it either. Any ideas?
