Clockspring Install Help

Hey guys I'm in the process of replacing my clockspring and I've hit a snag. I've got the old one out and I'm working on installing the new one and I can't find where one of the connectors goes. It's a very small connector and it has a bracket that is shaped like an anchor. I'm having trouble remembering where the old one was connected and I can't find any open connections where it would go.

Thanks in advance for your help on this.

Alright figured out the connector issue but I've run into a bigger one. I was replacing the clock spring because I had no horn or cruise control. I have finished the install and I still have no cruise control or horn. I'm going to go back and double check my connections but I'm 99% I reconnected everything. What else could be wrong? As far as I can tell the clock spring is the only common denominator between the horn and cruise control. I really don't even know where to start in figuring this out, besides going through all the wiring behind the dash...
