Question DRIVING LIGHT SWITCH

Can anyone tell me how to activate the running light switch on my two wheel drive 97 F-150. I can see the wires for the driving lights under the front fender. Also When I pull on the light switch, it pulls out like on the 4wd trucks. Just don't have any power to the leads.

I have read on other posts about this that the switch will pullout like it could work but there are no contacts inside the switch. Also even thou the wires are there for the fog lights the complete wiring assembly is not inplace at the relay center either. You can buy a fog light kit from Ford with all necessary items supplied.

Question

Can anyone give me more info. about this driving light wiring? The wires are behind the bumper, the switch pulls out, there are absolutely no open places for relays or fuses in the fuse panel under the dash or the one under the hood. Does the switch pull out but it does not have the contacts? If the dealer has a kit that has all of the needed components to make them work, has anybody seen exactly what all is missing? I wish I knew someone with working lights so I could compare for myself. I feel confident I could fix any wiring opens as long as the switch has the contacts. I don't think I want D.Lights enough to pay for that switch?!
