Might be a gas problem again... Check the gas tank by peering down the filler neck. If visibility is poor, use a match to help light the way...

I'm kidding... take it in and have them check it out again... that's the best advice I can give ya'.... sorry. I hate that... My Explorer had that happen a few times... what a pain. I feel for ya'.

Thumbs down service engine soon! again!

Ok, I got my oil leak fixed, new head gasket, seems to be holding for now. Then 1 week later the service engine soon light comes on. Got a new MAF, 1 week goes by and it comes on again, got a new fuel pump, 1 week goes by and guess what, it's on again. Any suggestions?

Cool

So the dealer said it was the intake gasket, had an air leak, when they replaced the head gasket they must have had a faulty intake gasket. Go the truck back two days no light!

If all else fails, try disconnecting the battery. Wait 5-10 min, reconnect battery and start vehicle. Why or how it works I don't know. But it is cheap and fixed my "service engine soon" problem.
