Red face Trailer Lights Hook-Up

There looks like what appears to be a hook-up for my utility trailer lights on my new F-150 but it doesn't fit the standard 4-prong hook-up on my trailers. Is there some kind of an adapter for this or do I need to change my wiring on my trailers.

The adapter should have come with the truck. If you bought it new go back to the dealer and get it (along with the relays).
If you bought your truck used, most auto parts stores have the adapter.
It looks like this:

This one is a Reese #74607

Thanks for the quick reply Jimb but my trailer hookups are flat, like the one that came on the truck but it looks like the prongs are reversed.

Oh, sorry. I misunderstood the question.
What you need is a 4 wire universal adapter.
Call Terminal Supply Co. 1-800-989-9632 and order part #TS-18032.
It's about 12" long. one end has three male connector and one female connector. The other end has three female and one male. All connectors are independent so you can hook up any combination.

Or buy this 4-way connector loop (top in picture) cut and splice the correct combination for your trailer.
