89F150, Cruise, Horn, and lighter all quit at once.

89F150, Cruise, Horn, and lighter all quit at once.
We changed Fuse 15, no change! I looked at a chemetic and it shows a "Speed Control" on Fuse 5. Is that the same as "Cruise Control"
At any rate, Its still not working.
Does anybody have a suggestion.
I've been told to re-tension the Fuse terminal connecters and will do that as soon as I can.

Speed and cruise control are the same thing just different ways to call it.
