I have installed new wiper motor and switch and the same problem still exists only get the wipers to work on high speed? Fuse diagram does not show fuse for wiper system. Is there a electrical component I might be overlooking?

9 times out it 10 the prob will be fixed by replacing the wiper govener(little black box located behind glove box door)Ford part # is E9TZ-17C476-A-----Motorcraft # is SW-2259. Good Luck.

I also had a problem with my wipers, except they would somtimes wipe while driving, not in the rain. They(Ford)found a short in the column and replaced the switch. My lowbeams would also go out sometimes. Try to play with the tilt and see if it does anything. Good luck
