What am I missing? When are the factory driving lites in my 2001 Screw cowell suppose to come on??? They do not come on with the driving lites, headlites or brights with auromatic or manual setting. Am I missing a switch. I checked the fuses. What is up? Help Please.

Are you talking about the airdam lights? If so, then pull the headlight switch out towards you.

Yup. Turn your headlights on and pull the **** out. That will turn the fogs on, but they will not work if you have your high lights on. If you have the auto lamp feature and you're using it, the only way to get the fogs on is to turn the headlight switch to the right and pull the **** out. If you do that, the autolamp will not turn the lights off automatically since you have the main headlight switch on.

All this info is in your manual. If you're doing all of this and it still doesn't come on, something's broken. Take it to the dealer.

 

Thanks guys, got them working. It is too bad they will not work in conjunction with the brightes. That is when you need them!

There was some discussion about this a while back and turns out there are laws around the country that prohibits the use of fog lamps with highlights on.

BTW, if you need extra light for a brief moment, leave the fog lamps on and then pull back on your turn signal stalk (flash to pass position). This turns the brights on while leaving the low beams AND fog lamps on.
