No Dome Lights or Windshield wipers!

2002 F-150 v-6. Got in my truck this morning and found out the dome lights and the windshield wipers will not work. No power, nothing. Thought it was an easy fix and replaced the fuses, two 15a's and a 30a inside the trucks fus panel. Still nothing worked.
Everything else in the trucks electrical system works fine, turn signals, lights, radio, cig lighter. Just no dome light, glove compartment light or windshield wipers. What am I missing, please help. Raining and I need to get this fixed.
Thanks

With the symptoms and the addition of it raining, I would say check the firewall ( up where the carpet & carpet backing end ) and driver's side kick panel for signs of water.

The 00-03 MY F-150 had an issue with :
1. Windshield not being sealed correctly on the driver's side causing a leak down the a-pillar and soaking the GEM ( Generic Electronic Module ) which controls the items you list ( Wiper the speed is controlled by the GEM, the interior lamps is for the door switch & delay off with the interior lamp relay ).

2. Some have said it was the power roof panel that was leaking ( either the seal or the drain was blocked, forget which at the moment ), and water was still working its way down the a-pillar.
