Angry Keyless entry alarm wont shut off

I have a 97 F150 and the panic alarm went off without anyone being near the truck, i tried to take the key out to shut it off but no luck, had to disconnect battery. Went to dealer to get a new FOB and reprogram it no luck either. I NEED help because i cant start my truck at all.

Cool

I'm not sure of the problem you're having. Did you hit the panic button on the remote? It should shut off when you turn the key on. Are the remotes working? It might just need a new keyless entry module, but ya never know. I worked on a Mustang Cobra the other day for almost 5 hours, threw everything but the kitchen sink at it. Come to find out, the trunk had a gap in the seam behind the tire and water had corroded the wires. I cut apart the harness and several wires fell apart!!
