Just wired my off-road lights
With a relay, 12 and 16 guage wireing, illuminated switch and some terminals. I finaly wired my removable light bar. I found a wire to switch on my relay. The wire has no power unless my key is in the ignition (The wire is from the radio circuit), this way I will never drain the battery because I forgot the lights. I can put up to five 100 watt lights (41.66 amps). I put the illuminated switch on my center panel, opposite side of the air bag switch (since my 4x4 is a manual shift). I will put some pics if you want, I like the switch position. People ask me if my truck came with extra switches!

Followed the diagram for the relay and used a 12 guage wire from the lights to the relay and the battery. I didn't use a seperate wire from each light to the power source.
I don't have the relay diagram but you need to hook up a terminal to the battery (10 or 12 guage), another terminal to the lights (10 or 12 guage), a ground terminal, and another to a switch, then from the switch to a power source (16 or 18 guage).
Not sure if I'm forgeting something, but it was easy and the diagram just tells you which prong goes to what. I recommend reading the tech articles on this site (from the start page, you can find a link). I used the wire that powers my radio to supply current to the relay coil (not to power the lights) this way my lights will not stay on when my key is out. The relay itself will not draw much current.
