Angry Wiper Gremlins

I too have been visited by the evil wiper gremlin. (Darth Wiper?)It usually occurs at a stoplight. My windshield washers don't come on, but the wipers go full speed until I turn on the switch and turn the switch on then off. My wife thinks I'm crazy, she's never seen it happen. Will Ford actually repair this for free or should I live with it?

What year is your truck? There are many TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) that have been issued by FORD and they are well aware of the problem. If it is still under warranty..I am quite certain they will look into it for you.

Look here for more info on your model year...
