I have a problem I think is related to the GEM. When I try to put my power windows down they wont work. Checked all fuses and ok.Also the radio lights will go off when I trun on the blower.Now when I have the key on the relays under the dash(battery low and interior lights will chatter on and off. Also the dimmer relay will chatter.) I am wondering if anyone has had or heard of these symptoms and if it is the GEM that needs to be replace. How much do they run??
