Post radio lost its memory

anyone had this happen? after starting I noticed all the preset radio stations had been erased and the time was 12:00. this has only happened once. but I know there has to be a problem somewhere. radio was repaired once last year because of water traveling through the coax cable, has worked okay until now.

Sounds like it lost battery power. Is this the original truck battery and has it been working ok?

The radio should have two power sources. One from the ignition switch for normal operation and one "Hot at all times" from battery to keep the memory alive. The one from the battery must be intermitent. If it had water and some corrosion, reseating the connectors might help. Also loss of ground momentarily could cause it so tighten any ground lugs.
