Tractor Lights

Going to wire up two 12v 55w tractor lights for reverse lights on my 97' scab. Not quite sure how to do it but this is my plan so far...each light has two wires (ground and positive obviously) so im going to ground them to either the frame or trailer hitch, run both positive wires up to the battery and connect them to the battery, run wires from the battery to the switch inside the cab. I guess the only thing im worried about is needing a fuse or a relay or if I should run the ground wires all the way up to the battery along with the positive wires.

Not sure what you were getting at with the description, but here are 2 options for wiring aux reverse / load lamps.

Switch for selecting on / off / on with reverse lamps



Option for on with reverse lamps or with a switch :
