my 95 f150 4.9 has me stumped.i recently got it running after it had sat for 2 years/i was having fuel pump issues so i replaced the pump and now it runs but the voltage to the pump is only showing 6.6 volts.i traced it to the relay and it has 12 v going in but only 6.6 coming out.i switched the relay with the horn relay and still only 6.6 volts.is this normal and if not how might i fix it?
