Im trying to remove and replace my passenger mirror and can seem to get the door panel off. I removed the two screws at the bottom of the door, the one under the power switches and the two behind the the door latch and still nothin. Am I doing something wrong? Whats the deal? Im outside and its gonna rain soon. Please help :S

Sounds like you did not remove the speaker.

You need to pull the gray panel ( that covers the speaker and the tweeter if an audiophile system ) and remove the speaker screws and then pull the white stand offs.

Download the pdf instructions from Muth Signal mirrors, to get pictures on how to remove the door panel and mirror head.

These should be them : ( right click save as ) :

be careful with the door panel its self. i had a problem with the little hooks that hold it on, the one right behind the mirror break off. i had to reinforce and super glue it back on. FYI
